Responsible for maintaining the annual planning process for the facility, including plan formation, implementation and evaluation, ensuring that the plans of the facility are reflecting priorities of the health system.
•Provide support to the medical staff leadership and department managers in the development and expansion of clinical programs, ambulatory care initiatives and support services.
•Coordination and preparation of planning analyses related to market performance, product lines, demographics and research.
•The right candidate will be heavily involved in the implementation and maintenance of the decision support system, a pricing strategy and a managed care strategy.
•Focus on industry relations, increased retention of recruited physicians and improved profitability of the facility and its affiliates.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•MBA in Healthcare Administration
•Five years of health care administration, healthcare finance and planning experience is required
•Extensive experience in forecasting feasibility analysis and project management is required
