Job Description:

Ensure organizational compliance with all local, state and federal regulatory agencies

Provides strategic direction and oversees the day-to-day activities of assigned

departments to ensure the highest quality services to the organization's customers, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Implement and manage the departmental budgets within budgetary constraints.

Participate on cross-functional teams to ensure the continuous, on-going improvement of processes, methods, productivity and quality, while reducing costs

 

EDUCATION: RN License

                          BSN;  Masters preferred

                          Recent experience in mental/ Behavioral Health           management
