CHIEF NURSING OFFICER
Job dscription: Responsible for the strategic development, planning, and control of the delivery of patient care services and the vision for nursing. Participates with senior leadership to achieve the highest quality healthcare in a clinically and accountable manner. Develops strong collaborative leadership skills.
Education/Experience: BSN, masters preferred. . Executive level communication, presentation, leadership, analytical and problem solving skills required. Ability to lead and manage through influence and change. Thorough knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations.

DIRECTOR OF NURSING: MedSurg, medsurg, ICU, CCU, TELE, Oncology, PACU, OR, ER, Case Management, HomeCare
Job Description: Administers the nursing program in hospital, nursing home, or other medical facility to maintain standards of patient care; advices department heads, and administrators in nursing service. Establish or revise policies and develops organizational structure and standards of performance. Interprets policies and objectives of nursing service to staff.

Job Description: responsible for the planning, design and administration of programs and services to support the organization wide performance improvement initiative; provides leadership and direction in the organization for all quality and outcomes management functions, performance improvement, risk management, patient safety, compliance and internal audit, directs the surveys process, including preparation, ongoing readiness and follow-up; oversees and provides direction and consultation on regulatory affairs which includes compliance, internal audit, accreditation and licensing.
